3D Life presented its models in St Luke's hospital, in Thessaloniki, forthe second time! 3D Life's models and activities generated great interest to the doctors in the crowd. During the presentation made by Chief Engineer of 3D Life, Leonardo Bilalis, cases of interesting heart models were presented as well as other models 3D Life has created during the past months. The advantages of a cooperation between radiologists, surgeons and design engineers of medical 3D Printing were also mentioned. Leonardo Bilalis presented the process that is followed for the models of 3D Life to be created. He emphasized on how these models can help create better care for the patients as well as help hospitals to save money by decreasing the amount of time a patient has to use the expensive hospital machines.
